"Emerald Knights"

The Emerald Knights of Hamilton Central School in New York State wanted a mascot to show that they were a force to be reckoned with!

They needed a proper representation of a "knight in shining armour", but were sensitive to how a human character might exclude some students based on gender or skin colour.

The Emerald Knight was created as an all inclusive mascot representing the diversity of their student body.
